VoicePro Plus Limited is a UK-registered telecommunications carrier operating across three integrated layers: B2B wholesale carrier services, the VoicePro Mobile consumer MVNO with VPXN token rewards, and the VPX blockchain ecosystem. We provide voice, SMS and data solutions to carriers, MVNOs, OTTs and enterprises worldwide - underpinned by the VPX Ecosystem, a purpose-built protocol layer designed to bring transparency, fraud protection and programmable intelligence to global telecommunications.

Incorporated in 2022 as a communications service provider under Ofcom's General Conditions (RID Code: RFI), VoicePro generated revenue from wholesale voice termination in its first financial year, signed MVNO wholesale arrangements with a major UK mobile network operator in 2025 with platform build-out under way since, and launches consumer eSIM and SIM plans with integrated VPXN token rewards on 1 November 2026 (soft launch 1 October 2026). Network infrastructure spans Frankfurt and Los Angeles with cross-connects to carrier-neutral colocation facilities in London and Paris and direct Tier-1 carrier interconnects.

Three-Layer Architecture

B2B wholesale carrier services (5 carrier products, SLA-backed, Ofcom-compliant), B2C consumer MVNO (12 SIM/eSIM plans, VPX Wallet, VPXN rewards), and the VPX blockchain ecosystem (four node types, Mysticeti-class DAG-BFT consensus, DAO governance). Each layer reinforces the others.

Ofcom Registration

Registered UK communications service provider under the Communications Act 2003 (RID Code: RFI). Full MVNO via wholesale arrangement with a major UK MNO - customer SIMs and eSIMs register to the VoicePro network.

Routes to 200+ countries. SIP and H.323 voice termination, A2P SMS on Tier-1 direct routes across 50+ markets, programmable eSIM infrastructure and IP transit via dedicated backbone.

Purpose-built telecom blockchain in development, with mainnet planned Q4 2026. Four specialised node types (Fraud, Routing, Analytics, Gateway), 1 billion fixed VPXN supply, 40% fee burn and DAO governance.

Core wholesale infrastructure live and revenue-generating. MVNO wholesale contracts signed 2025; consumer eSIM/SIM platform build-out in flight ahead of public hard launch on 1 November 2026. VoicePro Mobile app on iOS and Android in pre-release. VPX Wallet in development. Seven whitepapers published across product, protocol, security, finance and risk. VPX Protocol in development; mainnet planned Q4 2026.

VoicePro Plus is founder-led and run by a three-principal executive team spanning wholesale telecom operations, commercial and diaspora go-to-market, and finance and governance. The Seed round funds the build-out to a 12-FTE organisation across blockchain engineering, telecom engineering and product. The company operates a hybrid remote/office model from London HQ.

Network infrastructure is located in Frankfurt and Los Angeles with cross-connects to carrier-neutral colocation facilities in London and Paris and direct Tier-1 carrier interconnects. Our engineering culture emphasises reliability, automation and transparency - the same principles that drive the VPX Protocol itself.

Executive Team (current)

CEO (25 years in wholesale telecom, from GSM gateways to Tier-1 carrier negotiations; founded a prior carrier), CCO (two decades in telecom sales and business development, native in the languages of the UK diaspora corridors) and CFO (co-founded the prior carrier with the CEO; 15+ years structuring deals across telecoms and finance; owns treasury, reporting and governance).

2 senior smart-contract developers (contracts, consensus) and 1 infrastructure and security engineer (node operations, DevOps, audits). Purpose-built for telecom-scale event volumes.

1 VoIP engineer (SIP, RTP, SS7 protocols), 1 fraud detection specialist (AI/ML models) and 1 network engineer (carrier interconnections). Carrier-grade network design and operations.

1 product manager (roadmap, requirements) and 1 UX/UI designer (mobile app, web portal). User-centred development for both B2B carrier clients and B2C consumer applications.

Advisory Board (target profiles)

Four specialist advisory domains being recruited post-seed: telecom industry, blockchain & crypto, regulatory & legal and financial. No advisors are currently engaged under signed agreements; profiles describe the target candidate criteria. Final identities will be disclosed in investor updates as agreements are executed.

Board of Directors

Founder-led: the founder is currently the sole director (Companies House 14520016). On Seed close the two co-founders (CCO, CFO) join as executive directors, alongside an independent director and an investor representative. Investments of £300K+ receive board observer rights; £1M+ a board seat (subject to approval).

Registered UK communications service provider under the Communications Act 2003 (RID Code: RFI). Full compliance with Ofcom General Conditions and numbering regulations. Full MVNO through established wholesale arrangements with a major UK MNO.

Full compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data processing agreements, privacy impact assessments and breach notification procedures in place. GDPR-compliant cookie consent system live on website.

The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 govern our electronic marketing and cookies: marketing communications are opt-in only, and the website runs a consent-based cookie banner with granular controls. PECR sits alongside UK GDPR in our data-protection framework.
