My VPX Wallet is the consumer rewards and token management layer of the VPX Ecosystem. Every VoicePro SIM customer earns VPXN tokens automatically through everyday platform usage - making and receiving calls, purchasing top-ups and sending and receiving peer-to-peer transfers - subject to tiered monthly caps of 12 / 45 / 120 VPXN per month with £1.20 / £4.50 / £12 fiat caps (Bronze / Silver / Gold tiers, per Token Economy §11). Rewards follow a 25/75 vesting split: 25% is immediately available in your wallet, while 75% vests linearly over 12 months of continued activity. My VPX Wallet is where those tokens accumulate, are managed and are spent.

Unlike loyalty points that expire or can only be redeemed in a single store, VPXN tokens earned via My VPX Wallet are blockchain assets held under the user's own keys. Subject to monthly caps (12 / 45 / 120 VPXN with £1.20 / £4.50 / £12 fiat caps, per Token Economy §11) and a 25/75 vesting split (25% immediate, 75% over 12 months), they can be delegated to a validator, spent on SIM credit or merchandise, converted to gift cards, or converted in-app to calling credit. VPXN tokens are earned automatically through five categories of everyday platform activity. No opt-in required - your normal phone usage generates real token rewards. 25% of your earnings are instantly available, with 75% unlocking linearly over 12 months of continued activity (per Token Economy §11).

Making Calls

Outbound voice calls earn VPXN per minute of connected time. Rates are tiered by destination: domestic UK calls earn the base rate, EU calls earn 1.5x and international calls earn 2x.

Receiving Calls

Inbound calls earn VPXN at 50% of the outbound base rate per connected minute. Both parties in a conversation generate token activity.

Purchasing Top-Ups

Every top-up purchase earns a percentage-based VPXN reward (3% of value at the prevailing exchange rate). The rate is flat regardless of top-up size.

Sending & Receiving Transfers

Peer-to-peer credit transfers earn the sender a flat VPXN reward per transaction. Recipients earn 50% of the sender's reward - both parties benefit when credits move between them.

VPXN earned in My VPX Wallet can be spent across the VPX Ecosystem or converted to external value. You always have full control over how your tokens are used.

SIM Credit

Apply VPXN directly to your SIM balance. Use tokens to pay for top-ups, plan upgrades or international roaming add-ons.

Staking & Yield

Delegate VPXN to a validator and earn passive staking yield. No minimum delegation amount for My VPX Wallet users. Withdraw at any time.

Merchandise & Gift Cards

Spend VPXN on branded merchandise, accessories and partner gift cards. New redemption options added regularly.

Fiat Cashout

Convert VPXN to GBP, EUR or USD and withdraw to your bank account. Tiered cashout fees apply: 2% below £0.10 token price, rising linearly to a 5% cap at £1.00 and above (about 3.5% at £0.50). Half of each fee is burned, half funds the consumer rewards pool.

My VPX Wallet uses a hybrid custody model designed for consumer simplicity without sacrificing blockchain security. Tokens are held in a non-custodial smart contract wallet linked to your VoicePro account. You control the keys - VoicePro Plus cannot access or move your tokens without your authorisation.

For users who prefer full self-custody, VPXN can be exported to any ERC-20 compatible wallet at any time via the cross-chain bridge. Advanced users can interact directly with the staking and governance smart contracts from their own wallet.
